About the Role

We are hiring a disciplined and execution-focused Bookkeeping Executive to manage financial operations for US-based clients. This role requires strong accuracy, strict process adherence, and the ability to work independently during US business hours.
We are looking for professionals who are comfortable with accountability, structured reporting, and night shift consistency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record, categorize, and reconcile daily financial transactions in QuickBooks (Online/Desktop)

  • Manage expense tracking, reimbursements, and receipt documentation

  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations with high accuracy

  • Generate and review standard financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

  • Support payroll entries and client invoicing processes

  • Maintain organized financial documentation for audits and reviews

  • Coordinate with CPAs or accounting teams when required

  • Ensure timely reporting and strict adherence to deadlines



Requirements

Mandatory Requirements

  • 1–2 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience using QuickBooks

  • Practical understanding of US bookkeeping standards

  • Strong working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets

  • High attention to detail and structured work habits

  • Clear written and verbal English communication

  • Stable internet connection and personal laptop

  • Willingness to commit to US night shifts long-term

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with US or international clients

  • Familiarity with Slack, Trello, Asana, or similar project management tools

  • Exposure to Zoho Books or other accounting platforms
