Bookkeeper (Ecommerce)
Remote | Full-time
We are a fast-growing Ecommerce company based in the US looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to manage our day-to-day financial records and support accurate reporting across multiple sales channels.
What You’ll DoMaintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank, credit card, and payment processor accounts (Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, Amazon, etc.)
Track sales, refunds, chargebacks, fees, and taxes
Record and reconcile inventory-related transactions
Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
Assist with sales tax/VAT reporting and compliance
Support payroll processing and expense tracking
Collaborate with management and CPA for month-end and year-end close
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper for Ecommerce businesses
Strong understanding of multi-channel sales accounting
Experience handling high-volume transactions
Familiarity with inventory and COGS tracking
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently in a remote setup
QuickBooks Online / Xero
Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce (or similar platforms)
Stripe, PayPal, Gusto, Brex, or similar tools
Google Sheets / Excel
2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (Ecommerce preferred)
Bookkeeping certification or accounting coursework is a plus
Experience working with US-based companies preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Fully remote work environment
