315, LLC is a growing healthcare revenue cycle management company headquartered in Macon. We're looking for a detail-oriented bookkeeper to own day-to-day financial recordkeeping in QuickBooks and support our CFO as the company expands.
What you'll do
- Maintain accurate, current books in QuickBooks across multiple business entities
- Process accounts payable and receivable; manage vendor invoices and payments
- Reconcile bank, credit card, and merchant accounts monthly
- Support month-end close, journal entries, and financial report preparation
- Track expenses and assist with budgeting and cash flow reporting
- Maintain organized financial records and support the CFO on ad hoc projects
Requirements
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of bookkeeping experience, with strong QuickBooks proficiency (Online or Desktop)
- Solid Excel skills and comfort working across multiple entities
- High accuracy, discretion, and follow-through; comfortable handling confidential information
- Associate's degree in accounting or equivalent experience preferred
- Healthcare or professional services experience a plus
