The BizOps workstream focuses on high-priority business operations projects that primarily support contributions to the Lido DAO protocol.

This is a great opportunity to play a critical role in developing and implementing initiatives that could provide a significant impact. You’ll be in a unique position to support in leading and innovating in the DeFi space.

This is a highly cross-functional role across a decentralized set of contributing individuals/entities that contribute to the Lido DAO protocol. You will need to be a very strong problem solver, able to deal with ambiguity, and enjoy a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Scope
  • Defining and managing the BizOps team roadmap to deliver high impact initiatives

  • Developing, building and leading the BizOps team

  • Leading multiple projects in parallel with great autonomy

  • Using data and insights to define changes, design experiments and execute those

  • Partnering with ecosystem participants to develop any joint initiatives

  • Researching, designing and developing frameworks and structures to support new technologies

  • Conducting market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities

  • Solving complex and ambiguous problems

Qualifications
  • 8+ years experience in a business strategy/operations role (i.e. management consulting, investment banking, operations at a high-growth start-up)

  • Proven track record in a strategic/operations leadership role

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong organization, project and time management skills.

  • Ability to plan and prioritize team workload; ability to multitask and meet deadlines with quality output.

  • Very strong problem-solving skills and structured thinker

  • Comfort working in a high-growth, constantly changing environment.

  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for creating impact within the Web3 ecosystem.

  • STEM BA/BS degree from a globally recognised university

  • This role is not available to parties considered US persons under US laws
