About Binance Accelerator Program
Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship program designed for Early Career talent to have firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. You will be given the opportunity to develop your skills at Binance and understand what it’s like to work at the world's leading blockchain ecosystem. As part of your internship in the BAP, there will also be opportunities for networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. Responsbilities:

  • Create, edit, and produce short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, etc.) that capitalizes on internet trends to drive impressions and engagement
  • Harness trending audio, formats, and memes to produce timely video content across platforms
  • Work closely cross-functionally with design, content, performance marketing, product and other teams to concept and execute video-driven social campaigns
  • Collaborate with the wider global social team and external departments (product, partnerships) to promote and build the Binance brand through video storytelling
  • Assist the team across platforms in brainstorming creative ideas, with a primary focus on video-first content for both general posts and campaigns
  • Measure, report, and analyze performance of video content and campaigns across channels, translating findings into actionable, data-driven recommendations to improve future performance

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage.
  • Strong video creation and editing skills — able to independently produce short-form videos from concept to final cut (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, or similar tools)
  • Possessing a keen aesthetic sense, with the ability to independently create memes, four-frame cartoons, and/or videos — video being the primary medium
  • Experience in the video, media, and/or entertainment industry working with agencies, creators, or digital media companies
  • Deep expertise in the digital media landscape and capable of identifying internet trends and/or opportunities for video content
  • Exceptional creativity in content ideation, especially in visual and video formats
  • Minimum 15 hours per week commitment
