About Binance Accelerator Program
Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship program designed for Early Career talent to have firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. You will be given the opportunity to develop your skills at Binance and understand what it’s like to work at the world's leading blockchain ecosystem. Responsibilities
- Support the improvement of security systems and tools by assisting with requirement collection, task tracking, cross-team coordination, testing, and post-launch follow-up.
- Help identify opportunities to improve internal workflows, system usability, and operational efficiency.
- Draft and maintain product documentation, project documentation, process documentation, and internal communications under guidance.
- Support day-to-day operational tasks to help maintain business continuity and process efficiency.
- Assist with security-related business operations and cross-team collaboration.
- Support the management of security user-facing channels, including content planning, visual asset coordination, publishing support, and basic performance tracking.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Strong interest in product management, project management, operations, or security-related business functions.
- Good organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and accurate documents and materials.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn, with a hands-on attitude toward execution and problem-solving.
- Ability to leverage AI tools effectively at work is a plus.
