About the Team: 


The Global Events team is responsible for delivering Binance's key events and experiences across the world. From large-scale flagship conferences and community events to VIP experiences, KOL programmes and smaller regional activations, we create memorable experiences that bring the Binance brand to life.

Working closely with teams across Marketing, Business Development, Operations, Product and regional markets, the Global Events team manages events across multiple countries and time zones. As part of the team, you'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on both large-scale international events and smaller, high-impact initiatives.


About the role: 


We are looking for a proactive and organised Global Events Intern to support the team across the full event lifecycle, from research and planning to onsite execution and post-event reporting.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with experienced event managers and have the opportunity to contribute to real global events. You'll support a wide range of activities including event coordination, guest and ticket management, venue research, social media engagement, swag and onsite operations.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You should be someone who takes ownership, is not afraid to get involved in the details and can work independently while collaborating effectively with a global team.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Global Event Marketing team on all event related duties

  • Event coordination for both large and small scale events. Provide on-site event support as needed.

  • Support ticketing, registration and guest list management, including coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

  • Assist with venue research, vendor research and market research across different countries and regions.

  • Support event logistics including schedules, attendee information, event materials and other operational requirements.

  • Research and develop creative event activation ideas designed to encourage attendee participation, generate social-first content and amplify user-generated content across social media. Explore relevant trends, formats, mechanics and incentives, and support the team in translating insights into practical activations that increase event visibility and audience engagement.

  • Support data entry, event reporting and post-event analysis.

  • Support other global event initiatives and ad-hoc projects as required.

  • Work collaboratively with team members across different time zones and markets to ensure smooth event execution.

Requirements:

  • Attention to details and collaborative spirit are essential to the success of this role

  • Positive, curious and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and get hands-on with all aspects of event delivery.

  • Strong organizational and effective communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders

  • Excellent project and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Adaptive to flexible working hours and remote collaboration

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Google Docs, Sheets and Forms)

  • Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage 

  • Previous experience in event coordination and planning

  • Appreciation of and adaptability to different countries’ cultures and work patterns

  • Confidence to work autonomously and taking ownership of assigned tasks

  • Strong sense of self-accountability to set personal deadlines
