**Pay: $19.24.- $21.16 / hour with 5% bonus

RoadRunner is searching for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Billing Specialist (0-2 years experience) to join our fast-paced and supportive team! Primary Duties:

  • Ensuring bills are entered in a timely and accurate manner
  • Efficiently clearing out shared mailboxes and physical mail to ensure prompt handling of vendor communications.
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments to resolve billing issues and ensure compliance with internal policies.

  • Reports To: Billing Team Lead
  • Direct Reports:  None
  • Interacts with:  Vendors

Skills and Experience:

  • Comfort with ambiguity, ability to act without having the whole picture using sound judgment and strong decision-making skills.
  • 0-2 years of experience in accounts payable preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, is dynamic, and can capture a group’s interest and maintain it as well as the ability to facilitate meetings with diverse and sometimes conflicting points of view..
  • Proven ability to organize/manage multiple priorities coupled with the flexibility to quickly adapt to ever changing business needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving. Solid decision making in a timely manner.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business preferred
