Job Description

Bill of Characteristics is one of the three Level 1 Hoshin Kanri (HK) initiatives across GE Aerospace.  This role is an opportunity to influence strategic planning and new process creation that will change the way GE Aerospace operates across our supply chain moving forward.     This shift will have the intended business outcome of reducing quality escapes across GE Aerospace, positively improving on-time delivery output, supplier partnerships and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years quality, manufacturing, engineering, project or supply chain experience)
