Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven, relationship-oriented professional who thrives on connecting with people from all walks of life. As an integral member of our sales team, you will have the opportunity to assist prospective students in their educational journey, showcasing the incredible benefits of our top-notch educational products. 

Your persuasive skills and passion for helping others will be the driving force behind securing new enrollments, facilitating continuing education, and guiding individuals towards achieving their desired designations.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue growth targets for assigned brands and accounts, taking ownership of your performance and results.
  • Manage inbound sales calls and conduct outbound outreach to warm leads, engaging prospects to understand their needs, present solutions, and drive conversion opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer centric relationships through partnering with customers/students to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the competitive landscape, including our unique competitive advantages and challenges, and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to continue to grow and expand the business into new areas, products, and services.
  • Work closely with the Customer Services team, contact center, tech support and staff for local and regional relationship building in addition to keeping and growing existing relations.
  • Manage pipeline reporting of sales activities through complete, timely sales forecasting, weekly/monthly reports, as required, and other administrative duties and reports as assigned in CRM/ HubSpot.

What You'll Need to be Successful:

  • 2+ year of sales experience required. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. 
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
  • Ability to maximize sales opportunities and overcome objections.
  • Excellent presentation skills and customer service oriented.
  • Strong competitive sales background and first call closing skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
