About the Role
We’re looking for a Bilingual Sales Manager to lead, coach, and develop a high performing inside sales team. This role focuses on driving daily and monthly performance, optimizing campaigns, and supporting account success through strong leadership and data-driven decision-making.
Bilingual Leadership Role: Fluency in Spanish and English is required to effectively lead, coach, and support Spanish-speaking sales professionals and client engagements as a core function of the role.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and mentor inside sales professionals to exceed performance goals
- Support onboarding, training, and ongoing skill development in partnership with the Training Specialist
- Develop and refine call guides, scripts, and campaign strategies
- Monitor performance, analyze data, and implement action plans to improve results
- Collaborate with Account Teams and Marketing Operations to support campaigns and account goals
- Champion call quality, process adherence, and compliance standards
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of people-management experience, preferably in a contact center or telesales environment
- Proven success driving sales performance and developing teams
- Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
- Experience using CRM and contact center tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Aircall, Five9)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) fluency required
