Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues of low to medium complexity with empathy and efficiency.
Provide clear answers to customer questions on topics like listings, applications, leases, and payments.
Identify opportunities to create self-help resources that make the customer journey smoother.
Bring your authentic self to every interaction, building trust and long-lasting relationships.
Verbal and written fluency in both English and Spanish.
At least 1 year of experience supporting customers in a high-volume call environment.
2+ years of customer-facing experience, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
Deep passion for helping others and humanizing the customer service experience.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience in fast-growth tech, and tools like Zendesk or JIRA, a plus.
