  • Help identify training needs and support upskilling across our design and engineering teams.

  • Be part of strategic conversations on improving BIM/CAD workflows across the organization.

  • Support our commitment to BIM standards and industry best practices like ISO 19650.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience with ProjectWise, including setup, access and security management, environments, interfaces, and advanced workflows like renditions and attribute exchange.

  • Strong knowledge of Bentley tools – especially OpenRoads Designer, OpenBridge, and MicroStation Connect.

  • Solid background in BIM setup, coordination, and software support.

  • Experience working on infrastructure projects and digital project delivery.

  • A knack for solving problems, thinking strategically, and keeping cool under pressure.

  • Excellent communication skills – you’re great with people and love sharing knowledge.

  • A degree, diploma, or equivalent higher education is preferred, but we value experience and passion just as much.

Bonus If You Have…

  • ProjectWise PowerShell scripting experience.

  • Knowledge of ProjectWise caching, iModels, and iTwin cloud solutions.

  • Familiarity with other Bentley tools like OpenRail, OpenTunnel, or ProStructures.

  • Experience supporting Autodesk tools like Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or Autodesk Construction Cloud.

  • A working understanding of international BIM standards like ISO 19650, COBie, and MasterFormat.
