Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic, highly motivated BDR/SDR to support our Account Executive team focused on Flow360. This role is responsible for generating high-quality leads, prospecting into engineering-driven organizations, qualifying opportunities, and helping feed a strong pipeline for strategic enterprise deals.

You will play a foundational role in scaling Flow360 adoption, supporting enterprise sales motions with exposure to complex engineering workflows and cutting-edge CFD technology. Strong performance is directly tied to rapid advancement potential within Flexcompute.


Requirements

• Research and identify high-potential target companies.

• Conduct cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.

• Engage engineering and simulation stakeholders to schedule discovery meetings.

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads using defined criteria.

• Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to pipeline hygiene.

• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and event follow-ups.

• Track and report KPIs including meetings booked, conversions, and opportunity creation.

• Support AEs with research, prep materials, and account insights.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2–4 years of BDR, SDR, or inside sales experience.

• Comfortable speaking with technical stakeholders.

• Strong communication and outreach skills.

• Highly data-driven and comfortable working with KPIs.

• Growth mindset with ambition to progress into AE roles.

• Thrives in a fast-paced, engineering-focused startup environment.
