Manage the day-to-day operations of BDC and to market consumer products, specifically foreign currency notes to customers

Job Purpose * To market consumer products, specifically foreign currency notes to customers.  Key Responsibilities *
  • Perform all transactions in compliance with the Bank’s guidelines and policies;
  • Focus and achieve individual targets while understanding and assisting team sales targets;
  • To up-sell foreign exchange currencies and promote remittance via CIMB; 
  • Assist current and potential customers in their banking needs;
  • Attend customer requests, inquiries, problems and complaints; 
  • Develop and build long-term relationship with customers;
  • Manage offsite BDC whenever required.
