Manages daily BDC operations while marketing foreign currency notes and remittance services. Processes transactions according to bank policies, achieves individual and team sales targets, upsells products, assists customers with banking needs, handles inquiries and complaints, builds long-term customer relationships, and manages offsite BDC operations when required.

Job Purpose * To market consumer products, specifically foreign currency notes to customers. Key Responsibilities *- Perform all transactions in compliance with the Bank’s guidelines and policies;
- Focus and achieve individual targets while understanding and assisting team sales targets;
- To up-sell foreign exchange currencies and promote remittance via CIMB;
- Assist current and potential customers in their banking needs;
- Attend customer requests, inquiries, problems and complaints;
- Develop and build long-term relationship with customers;
- Manage offsite BDC whenever required.
