What We Look For in Future Back-End Engineer Hires
We regularly seek professionals with:

Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Golang, Python, or Java

Experience designing APIs and microservices in cloud-native environments

Knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL), caching, and message queuing
-
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP), containers (e.g., Docker), and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes)

Comfort with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and monitoring tools
Bonus points for experience in privacy, security, or real-time data processing at scale.
