As a BA / QA Engineer at Techie Talent, you'll be more than just a developer; you will be part of transforming the tech industry through our honest, transparent, and people-centric approach.
Your role will be diverse and dynamic. You'll be instrumental in developing and maintaining our software solutions, working with a varied technology stack, and ensuring that our products are functional, efficient, reliable, and scalable.

What We're Looking For- Solid experience in hybrid roles combining Business Analysis and Quality Assurance, with a strong emphasis on manual testing.
- Proven ability to analyze requirements, clarify acceptance criteria, and structure user stories that align with both business needs and technical feasibility.
- Hands-on experience executing manual QA processes, including writing test cases, performing exploratory testing, and reporting defects.
- Proficiency in using Azure DevOps for test case management, execution tracking, and backlog coordination.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows, including participation in sprint ceremonies, backlog grooming, and QA planning.
- Strong attention to detail and structured thinking for identifying edge cases and inconsistencies.
- Ability to work closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure feature readiness and testability.
- Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal, to support documentation, issue reporting, and cross-team collaboration.
- Advanced English level
