Job Description

· Very good ITIL process knowledge

· Salesforce Technical knowledge is preferred( at a minimum configuration skills)

· Should have played an advisory role

· Business process engineering skills

· Should have played solution architect role

· Very good communication skills

· ITIL Expert certification preferred. At least intermediate ITIL certification

· Experience working with remote teams must

· Production support experience is a must

· Total IT exp 10 plus years ITIL experience
