  • Leverage insights and analytics to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and continuously refine messaging and targeting.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain alignment between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success — ensuring consistent communication and feedback loops.

  • Serve as a thought partner to leadership, contributing to positioning, launch strategies, and product roadmaps.

  • Champion the voice of the customer, ensuring the dealer and OEM perspectives drive all messaging, collateral, and campaigns.

  • Inform multi-channel campaigns in partnership with Marketing Operations, Integrated Campaigns, Lifecycle Marketing, Content, and Creative teams — spanning email, digital, social, events, and more — to build awareness and acquire customers.

  • Contribute to a culture of collaboration and accountability, helping teams “Rise Together” toward Cars Commerce’s growth goals.

What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing, product marketing, or go-to-market experience within SaaS, automotive, or technology environments.

  • Strong understanding of dealership operations or automotive retail ecosystems preferred.

  • Proven ability to translate complex product features into simple, value-driven messaging that connects with end users.

  • Experience with sales enablement, content marketing, and campaign strategy that supports both awareness and revenue objectives.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure performance and derive insights from data.

  • Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills with confidence in presenting to internal teams and external partners.

Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
