Key Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic B2B Engagements — Design and implement data-driven marketing strategies that span the entire buyer journey—from awareness to advocacy—leveraging Adobe’s AEP stack.
- Bridge Strategy and Technology — Translate marketing goals into actionable use cases that connect AEP capabilities (AJO, RTCDP) to pipeline growth, customer retention, and ROI.
- Consultative Partnering — Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, facilitating workshops, defining business requirements, and aligning marketing activation with measurable outcomes.
- Customer Journey Design — Develop segmentation frameworks, orchestration plans, and personalization strategies rooted in data insights and behavioral triggers.
- Operational Maturity & Roadmapping — Create and implement strategic roadmaps that enhance digital-marketing operations, data governance, and omnichannel activation.
- Drive Measurable Outcomes — Ensure every engagement ties back to business value—improving conversion, engagement, retention, and overall marketing performance.
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, marketing strategy, or marketing-technology consulting.
- Demonstrated expertise with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), ideally AJO and RTCDP.
- Proven success designing and executing data-driven customer engagement programs across the full buyer journey.
- Strong ability to translate complex business goals into measurable marketing use cases.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills—able to influence senior stakeholders and drive consensus.
- Background in MarTech ecosystems (Adobe Experience Cloud, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.) strongly preferred.
- Passion for connecting technology, creativity, and business impact.
