About the Role:

We're looking for a community lead to create and scale a high-impact program for AI practitioners who use Notion AI to drive real business outcomes. You'll own the community, content, and marketing programs needed to build a vibrant, active, and engaged B2B AI Builder Community—fostering a network of power users who share workflows and best practices with one another, provide product feedback internally to Notion, and help champion Notion AI in the market.

What you'll accomplish

Lead community strategy and programming

  • Define what makes this community unique and valuable for AI practitioners, map out a growth plan that connects member needs and motivations with company goals

  • Design programs—spotlights, challenges, expert sessions, showcases—that help members connect with one another, share workflows, and become Notion AI advocates

  • Facilitate product feedback loops and equip members to share what they're building across their professional networks

Scale operations and partnerships

  • Evaluate and build out operational infrastructure (Slack workspace, Notion hub/landing and resource pages, recognition systems)

  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to create educational content and tracks to deepen members’ Notion sophistication and amplify community Notion AI workflows externally

  • Measure KPIs including community health and product advocacy

What we're looking for
  • 6+ years in B2B community, developer relations, or customer marketing roles

  • Demonstrated ability to build programs from 0→1 with strategy and analytics ownership

  • Demonstrated ability in designing certification or recognition programs

  • Experience with automation platforms like Zapier, Make, Clay, or similar

  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration (product, design, marketing, and operations)

  • Deep curiosity about AI tools and staying current on evolving capabilities

Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $160,000 - $195,000 per year.
