We’re looking for an experienced and driven AVP of Sales, Enterprise to help take our momentum to the next level. This is not your average sales Leadership role. You’ll be building and leading one of cybersecurity’s most transformative companies, partnering with some of the most advanced and security-conscious enterprises in the world. What you will do
Business Management
- Set and execute regional GTM strategy aligned with company objectives
- Drive pipeline generation campaigns
- Provide deal oversight and executive sponsorship
- Deliver accurate forecasting and revenue management
- Partner cross-functionally to achieve business objectives
People Management
- Recruit and attract top sales talent
- Partnering with our GTM Enablement Team, design and implement effective onboarding programs
- Drive continuous skills development and coaching
- Build and maintain high-performing sales teams
- Foster a culture of excellence and accountability
Revenue Management
- Achieve and exceed regional booking targets
- Ensure healthy pipeline metrics and conversion rates
- Optimize deal cycles and win rates
- Manage resource allocation effectively
- Drive profitable growth and market expansion
- Experience building a high velocity, predictable revenue engine sales motion
- Understanding of territory planning fundamentals and how to guide Regional Sales Managers to prioritize target accounts within a territory
- Ability to navigate complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders
- Exposure to MEDDICC and/or Command of the Message
- Strong understanding of value-based selling and business outcome positioning
- Strong relationships with CISOs of key accounts in territory
- Experience working with channel partners or resellers in a supporting or co-selling capacity
- Track record of quota overachievement and closing strategic, high-impact deals
- Extensive experience in Cyber domain
