- Lead the development and evolution of DAS Health’s brand strategy and market positioning
- Define messaging architecture, value propositions, and a consistent voice across all channels
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and differentiation
- Own product marketing strategy across DAS Health’s services and solutions portfolio
- Package products and solutions for market clarity and differentiation
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new offerings, launches, and strategic initiatives
- Create sales enablement materials, messaging frameworks, presentations, and competitive insights
- Build thought leadership programs that elevate DAS Health’s presence in healthcare technology
- Oversee content strategy, including blogs, white papers, case studies, and executive content
- Lead corporate communications, including PR, media relations, and company announcements
- Strengthen visibility through industry associations, analysts, and strategic partnerships
- Act as a strategic bridge between product, sales, operations, and corporate leadership
- Partner with sales to improve win rates, support cross-sell initiatives, and drive revenue growth
- Ensure marketing efforts are aligned to measurable business outcomes
- Build and scale the corporate marketing function from the ground up
- Manage external agencies and partners initially, with a long-term plan to bring capabilities in-house
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure success and impact
- Strong, differentiated brand presence in the healthcare IT market
- Clear and consistent messaging and positioning across the organization
- Increased market awareness (website traffic, PR mentions, thought leadership engagement)
- Improved win rates and support of revenue growth initiatives
- A scalable marketing foundation that supports long-term growth
- 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience
- Must have experience within healthcare IT (required)
- Background in SaaS, managed services, cybersecurity, or healthcare services strongly preferred
- Proven success in brand strategy, product marketing, and go-to-market leadership
- Experience working cross-functionally with executive leadership and sales teams
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools in a marketing or strategy environment
- Strong strategic thinker with the ability to execute hands-on
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from scratch
- Experience managing agencies and external partners
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to connect marketing efforts to business outcomes
- MBA or advanced degree
- Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Copilot) for research, insights, or process optimization
- Experience building, deploying, or experimenting with AI agents or similar automation tools
- Passion for emerging technologies and innovation
- Remote role with minimal travel
- Current tech stack includes Salesforce, HubSpot, Copilot, and Adobe Suite
