  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance system performance, scalability, and integration speed.

  • Solution Design & Deployment

  • Manage the planning, design, and implementation of Greenbox-specific system enhancements.

  • Oversee end-to-end execution of all new automation deployments, ensuring alignment with operational goals and timelines.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with internal teams across operations, engineering, and construction to ensure seamless implementation and site readiness.

  • Support the evolution of existing sites by managing upgrades, enhancements, and issue resolution tied to automation systems.

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Systems Design, or related technical field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automation systems, industrial engineering, or technical program management—ideally within supply chain, logistics, or warehouse automation.

  • Strong technical understanding of warehouse automation platforms (Symbotic experience a plus).

  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and external vendor relationships.

  • Track record of driving innovation, improving system efficiency, and delivering on time and budget.

  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
