The role focuses on automation, intelligent monitoring, and proactive operations across RAN, Core, and Transport networks to improve service stability, reduce manual effort, and ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain automated solutions for network monitoring, fault management, and performance assurance.
- Monitor network health and performance using automated dashboards and tools.
- Develop scripts and workflows to detect, analyze, and mitigate incidents proactively.
- Analyze alarms, KPIs, and logs to identify trends and automation opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with Ericsson Managed Services processes and SLAs.
- Integrate automation with OSS/BSS and operational tools.
- Support RCA, dashboards, and reporting for operational visibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 2-5 years in Telecom Operations, Managed Services, or Network Automation.
- Hands-on experience with Ericsson networks, OSS tools, and scripting (Python, Shell, Perl).
- Knowledge of SQL and telecom architecture (RAN, Core, IP/Transport).
- Experience with monitoring platforms (Ericsson OSS, ENIQ, Netcool) and automation.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and proactive operational skills.
- Ability to work in a 24/7 environment; DevOps, CI/CD, AI/ML exposure is a plus.
