The Assurance Services Consultant guides clients in optimizing the ProcessUnity platform, providing strategic advice and fostering relationships to enhance customer success and retention.

By streamlining risk assessment and mitigation processes, we enable businesses to enhance their risk management strategies to ensure regulatory compliance.
The Assurance Services Consultant will play a crucial role in guiding ProcessUnity clients to the next level of success by collaborating closely with them to optimize their utilization of the ProcessUnity platform.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, creative problem solving, and passion for elevating customers' experience with our product. Confident, highly self-motivated candidates capable of coordinating multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment will succeed within Customer Success and the Assurance Services team.
What You'll Do:
- Work with clients to maintain and grow their usage of the ProcessUnity platform
- Provide best practice advice on issues and strategies for growth post-implementation
- Run weekly working sessions with clients to enable, build, and strategize on their usage of the ProcessUnity platform
- Build enduring partnerships with clients, fostering their professional growth
- Serve as an advisor and resource for customers, providing expert knowledge and guidance
- Budget and manage deadlines appropriately within a set monthly allotment of hours
- Maintain a consistent schedule of calls and consulting engagements with clients
- Play a visible role in client retention and growth initiatives within the organization
Desired Experience & Skills:
- 5+ years' experience consulting
- Previous experience working with large, complex teams and projects preferred
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand and address business needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong orientation towards process improvement and optimizing customer experiences
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and delegate work within a team setting
- Eager to learn, with a proactive approach to acquiring new skills and knowledge
- Ability to collaborate within a team environment to support customer expansion
- Skillful at reverse engineering solutions and optimizing user experiences
- Experience in the GRC space strongly preferred
Salary range: $85,000 - $105,000 depending on level and experience
