Job Description

Assurance AI Program Director

At EisnerAmper, we look for individuals who welcome new ideas, encourage innovation, and are eager to make an impact. Whether you’re starting out in your career or taking your next step as a seasoned professional, the EisnerAmper experience is one-of-a-kind. You can design a career you’ll love from top to bottom – we give you the tools you need to succeed and the autonomy to reach your goals.

We are seeking an Assurance AI Program Manager to join our Assurance Technology and Innovation team. This role can be based anywhere in the US, but the candidate must have the ability to be present in our New Jersey office as needed. In this position, you will play a critical role in driving the planning, execution, and adoption of firmwide Assurance AI initiatives, serving as the connective tissue between Assurance leadership, the Enterprise AI organization, Technology & Information (ETI), and external partners.

This is an analytical, highly visible role within a fast‑paced and evolving environment. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, demonstrates strong ownership, and is equally effective operating independently and collaborating across cross‑functional teams.

What it Means to Work for EisnerAmper:

  • You will get to be part of one of the largest and fastest growing accounting and advisory firms in the industry
  • You will have the flexibility to manage your days in support of our commitment to work/life balance
  • You will join a culture that has received multiple top “Places to Work” awards
    • We believe that great work is accomplished when cultures, ideas and experiences come together to create new solutions
    • We understand that embracing our differences is what unites us as a team and strengthens our foundation
    • Showing up authentically is how we, both as professionals and a Firm, find inspiration to do our best work

What Work You Will Be Responsible For:

  • A decision driving role in the end‑to‑end execution of Assurance AI programs and initiatives, spanning strategy, governance, delivery, enablement, and adoption.
  • Manage multiple workstreams, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics across the Assurance AI roadmap.
  • Serve as a central program coordination and escalation point across Assurance leadership, Enterprise Artificial Intelligence Team, Enterprise Technology, National Office, and external vendors
  • Drive preparation of reporting, including Steering Committee materials, executive updates, dashboards, and decision‑ready readouts, ensuring transparency and accountability
  • Coordinate with product owners, technical leads, and domain experts to support planning, prioritization, and delivery of AI-enabled solutions.
  • Support Responsible AI and assurance‑specific governance processes, including coordination with risk, legal, privacy, security, and quality stakeholders.
  • Maintain program artifacts including roadmaps, dependency logs, resource plans, and adoption metrics.
  • Identify cross‑initiative risks and opportunities, proactively driving issue resolution, process improvement, and continuous optimization.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience within an assurance team at a public accounting firm
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in program management, project management, or business transformation roles, preferably within professional services, assurance, or audit, environments
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:

  • Prior experience supporting AI, data, automation, or advanced technology initiatives
  • Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem technologies (e.g., M365 Copilot, Azure AI / Foundry, Power Platform)
  • Experience preparing materials for senior leadership or steering committees
