  • Strong API and integration skills; proficiency in Postman (Collections, Environments, test scripts, Monitors, documentation).

  • Cloud fundamentals (AWS/GCP/Azure); CI/CD and observability awareness.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication — able to explain complex technical concepts to executives and engineers alike.

  • Co-create account plans with CSMs; lead the technical narrative in QBRs including integration of health, stability posture, known risks, and forward-looking technical roadmap.

  • Maintain clear, current technical documentation for each account: integration map, active workstreams, open tickets, and escalation status.

Integration & Technical Delivery

  • You have solid technical working knowledge across multiple PAR products — hardware and software — and understand how they connect. You own integration workstreams for mid-complexity accounts, document configurations, and contribute the technical narrative to QBRs.

  • Design, oversee, and execute integrations that are scalable, secure, observable, and supportable across the full PAR stack.

  • Use Postman (Collections, Environments, automated tests, Monitors, documentation) as a core delivery tool.

  • Enforce quality gates pre-launch and run proactive readiness scans before major campaigns or go-lives.

  • Produce operator-ready runbooks, SOPs, smoke tests, and rollback plans for your technical workstreams.

Upsell, Cross-Sell & Technical Discovery

  • Document technical expansion signals in CRM and partner with the CSM to qualify and progress opportunities with Sales.

  • Contribute technical narrative to cross-sell conversations — building the case for additional PAR products based on the customer's technical environment and gaps.

Cross-Functional Technical Coordination

  • Lead escalation coordination with Product and Engineering; propose workarounds and drive resolution with clear owner accountability and customer-facing timelines.

  • Partner with Support to ensure clean handoffs and reduce recurring issues through root cause documentation and playbook updates.
