The Role
This is a dynamic role for a stellar Associate level Talent Acquisition Specialist who aims to create a ‘best in class’ experience for candidates and hiring teams, as they navigate the interview process at Slice. In this role, you will primarily support our Supply Chain Operations team, with a strong focus on hiring delivery drivers and warehouse associates. To be successful, you will thrive in a high-volume environment and collaborate confidently with cross functional partners. A willingness to travel to warehouse locations is essential to build strong relationships and streamline hiring efforts.
The Team
The Talent Acquisition team at Slice is high performing, passionate about our mission and empowered to make decisions and take ownership. We have TA Partners and dedicated Talent Sourcers to allow for a seamless experience for all. We are truly viewed as partners throughout the business and this role will report into our Talent Acquisition Partner.
The Winning Recipe
- 1-3 years of experience in a recruiting or Talent Acquisition role; in-house or agency experience is acceptable
- Willingness to travel to warehouse locations to support hiring initiatives (Ex: New Jersey, Philadelphia, Connecticut, South Florida, Boston, Milwaukee)
- Experience hiring supply chain roles (delivery drivers, warehouse associates, fork lift drivers, etc.) is preferred
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, tight deadline, hiring needs
- Proficient with GSuite and ideally an ATS (we use Greenhouse)
- Demonstrable experience in building relationships with candidates & hiring managers
- Strong skills in candidate management and a track record of offer acceptances
- Creative with experience in employer branding campaigns and activities
- Comfortable working with distributed teams across the globe

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 yearly + benefits (pro-rated for the 6-month fixed-term)
Please note: this is a 6 month temporary position, with the potential opportunity to join full-time in the future pending on business need and performance.
