Why Nue.io
What We Offer:
Compensation
Nue.io is a next-generation CPQ and revenue automation platform designed for modern SaaS and subscription-based businesses. Our mission is simple: empower go-to-market teams to move faster, close smarter, and scale with confidence. With an elegant, no-code interface and deep Salesforce integration, we streamline the entire quote-to-revenue journey — from complex pricing and approvals to seamless renewals. Backed by top-tier investors and trusted by forward-thinking companies, Nue.io is redefining revenue operations for a product-led world.
But we’re more than our product — we’re a team built on curiosity, trust, ownership, and a genuine passion for building great things together. We foster a culture where people can do their best work, grow quickly, and make a real impact. And we’re growing! If you're excited by big challenges, smart teammates, and a high-velocity environment, we’d love to meet you.
Our Solutions Engineering team is doing incredible work, but right now, roughly 70% of their time goes toward building and configuring client demos. That leaves less room for the high-level strategic work that wins deals.
That's where you come in.
This is a hands-on, build-first role for someone who loves getting into the weeds, learning fast, and taking ownership. You'll be the engine behind the demo experiences that help close some of our most complex enterprise deals.
- Own the build side of complex demo environments, including multi-revenue model configurations, pricing scenarios, and CPQ/billing workflows in Nue.io
- Collaborate directly with Senior SEs to scope, build, and maintain demo assets tailored to prospect-specific use cases
- Manage a library of reusable demo components, data sets, and configurations that can be rapidly deployed for new deals
- Participate in discovery calls and internal deal reviews to understand what needs to be built and why
- Iterate quickly on demo builds based on feedback from SEs, AEs, and prospects
- Help document build processes and best practices so the team scales efficiently
- Grow into a full SE role by developing product expertise, customer-facing skills, and domain knowledge over time
- Recent graduate or early-career professional with a technical aptitude and a builder's mindset
- Comfortable working in complex SaaS tools; prior exposure to CPQ, billing, ERP, CRM, or revenue operations platforms is a strong plus
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn demo builds live or die by the data
- Ability to move fast without breaking things (and fix things when you do)
- Curious, coachable, and hungry, you ask good questions and don't wait to be told what to do next
- Strong communication skills; you can articulate what you built and why it matters
- A genuine interest in B2B SaaS sales and the enterprise buying process
- Experience with Salesforce, Stripe, NetSuite, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with revenue lifecycle concepts: quoting, contracts, billing, renewals, accounting
- You've built demos, sandbox environments, or technical POCs in any context
In your first 30 days, you've learned the Nue.io platform deeply enough to build a standard demo environment from scratch. By 90 days, you're leading demo builds for active deals with minimal guidance. By six months, you will hopefully be helping the SEs spend significantly more time in front of customers, and less time building, because of the work you're doing.
- Direct mentorship from experienced enterprise SEs with a clear path to a full SE role
- Front-row seat to complex, high-value enterprise deals from day one
- A small, high-trust team where your work is visible and your contributions matter
- A company that's growing incredibly fast, with amazing customers and wants someone interested in growing with it
- Competitive compensation and benefits that reward your talent and impact.
- Comprehensive health, vision, dental, and life insurance
- A front-row seat in the Silicon Valley tech ecosystem, where you’ll work on cutting-edge challenges shaping the future of SaaS, finance, and payments.
- The opportunity to build truly groundbreaking products — your work won’t just support the business; it will influence how companies around the world monetize and grow.
- A high-energy, collaborative culture where smart, supportive teammates push each other to learn fast, think boldly, and do the best work of their careers.
- Room to grow, lead, and make your mark in a fast-scaling company that values creativity, ownership, and ambition.
The base pay range for this role is $65,000 – $85,000 per year.
