Role Overview 

  • The Associate Project Manager is responsible for independently managing small-scale projects on time and on budget while delivering high-quality client experiences. This role demonstrates initiative, attention to detail, and a strong interest in understanding client needs, and works closely with a senior team member and cross-functional teams to support successful project execution. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Create and maintain project timelines in Asana to ensure milestones and deadlines are met. 
  • Develop accurate estimates for small-scale projects using Kantata. 
  • Coordinate and book project resources appropriately based on project scope and timelines. 
  • Manage the full project lifecycle from kickoff through completion, ensuring deliverables meet agreed-upon requirements. 
  • Maintain project status reports and communicate progress, risks, and next steps to the team on a weekly basis. 
  • Understand the Veeva submission process and manage assets through the full Veeva lifecycle, from upload to archive.
