About this Role
As an Operations Project Manager, you will support the execution of key projects to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and optimize performance across Parachute. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career project manager to grow their skills in a fast-paced healthcare technology environment.
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is an AI-native operator—someone who actively uses AI tools to work faster and smarter, with a strong foundation in project coordination and a passion for operations. This individual will work alongside experienced operators and cross-functional teams to help drive successful project outcomes. They will support both interdepartmental (across departments) and intradepartmental (within departments) projects across operations.
What You’ll Do
- Project Coordination: Support the development and maintenance of detailed project plans, tracking scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, and action items. Help ensure alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Project Management: Assist in managing concurrent operations projects, including timeline tracking, change documentation, and supporting internal stakeholder communication and alignment.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with teams and departments to gather project requirements and maintain visibility. Keep stakeholders informed with regular updates and help address concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
- Resource Coordination: Support the coordination of resources across project tasks to help ensure timely delivery. Flag resource constraints or risks to project leads proactively.
- Risk Tracking: Help identify potential risks and dependencies that may impact project delivery. Support the development of mitigation plans under guidance from senior team members.
- Quality Control: Assist in applying quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet established criteria and are delivered according to scope.
- Performance Metrics: Help define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project progress. Assist in preparing regular status reports for management and stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Support the identification and execution of process improvement opportunities within operations. Contribute to initiatives that drive efficiency and effectiveness across teams.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain standard documentation for operations teams (how-to guides, SOPs, templates) as well as comprehensive project records including project plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes.

Requirements
- Passionate about improving patient outcomes in the healthcare space
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
- 1–3 years of experience in project management, operations coordination, or a related role
- Project Management training or PMP certification is a plus, but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable updating stakeholders at different levels
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Notion, Google Workspace)
- Required: Demonstrated proficiency with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Notion AI)—candidates should be active, regular users of AI in professional or personal contexts
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) is a plus
- Adaptability and resilience when handling changing priorities and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines

Base Salary Band (based on experience and level)
$70,000 - $100,000
