About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

We are looking for a high-energy, organized Associate Project Manager to join the M&A Deal and Integration Legal teams, reporting to the Senior Director, M&A Legal Integration. This role is the "connective tissue" that keeps our most complex acquisitions on track. You will support the M&A Deal and Integration Leads in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of an acquisition—from the fist stages of deal execution through the multi-year journey of integration.

You will be in the room for high-stakes discussions across multiple deals, responsible for ensuring that the various legal work streams stay synchronized with each other and with applicable business stakeholders. This is a "learning-by-doing" role designed for someone who wants to master the mechanics of M&A execution and integration at a global scale. You'll work in a hybrid schedule, 3 days in office per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deal Coordination: Manage Legal team Slack channels, working group lists, shared documents, meetings, and diligence requests for acquisitions of every size.

  • Work stream Management: Drive the day-to-day progress of specialized work streams, including budgets, corporate reorganizations, compliance, IP transfers, outside counsel invoices, etc.

  • Project Planning: Work with Legal Integration Lead and other stakeholders to develop detailed project plan for varying acquisition/integration types.

  • Integration Budget Tracking: Manage multi-year integration budget requests and allocations, process budget reallocations between quarters, reconcile invoices, etc.

  • Legal Supplier Transition Management: Audit acquired companies' legal vendor rosters, categorize suppliers by legal function, coordinate transition plans, etc.

  • Document Creation: Work with Deal and Integration Leads to prepare materials for project kickoff, regular syncs, and diligence reports; manage closing volumes once a deal has signed and closed.

  • Asset Management: Maintain updated team assets, including team hub, deal pages, playbooks, forms and precedents.

  • Meeting Operations: Lead the operational rhythm of the Integration team—preparing high-impact agendas, capturing action items during executive syncs, and holding cross-functional partners accountable for deadlines.

  • Stakeholder Onboarding: Assist acquired Legal teams as they navigate internal Salesforce systems (Okta, Org62, Slack) and cultural onboarding.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Project Management Foundations: Three or more years of experience in project management in a fast-paced corporate environment.

  • Bias for Action: You don't wait for instructions—you identify gaps in a project plan and propose solutions.

  • Communication: Exceptional writing and verbal skills; you can distill a lengthy presentation into a three-bullet executive summary.

  • Tools: Proficiency in Slack, Google Slides, and Google Sheets required. Experience with project tools like NotebookLM or Smartsheet is preferred. In particular, we are looking for someone with an interest in using AI and/or other automation tools to find efficiencies in deal and integration processes.

  • Adaptability: A high degree of comfort with ambiguity. M&A timelines shift constantly, and you must be able to pivot without losing momentum.
