OVERVIEW:
The Associate Project Manager-In Store communications will serve as liaison between Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Store Operations, Marketing and Suppliers on signage elements, prototypes, budget, timelines and other planning aspects. They will be responsible for the planning, communicating and ensuring each project meets all tollgates including production timelines and in store set dates. They will also coordinate with creative and production vendors on timelines to ensure all projects are meeting all expectations discussed and arrive in stores on time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management or related field
3-5 years experience in Marketing, Event Management, Project Management, Visual Merchandising and Retail Sales
Experience with a project management software (Workfront), preferred
Ability to work under pressure with multiple projects and/or initiatives while maintaining attention to detail
Ability to proactively trouble shoot and problem solve
Previous retail experience, preferred
Experience in Workfront, preferred
