Job title: Associate, Programmatic

Position Overview
The Associate, Programmatic is responsible for supporting the execution, optimization, and analysis of programmatic marketing campaigns across a range of platforms and channels, including buying, contextual networks, and CTV/OTT, video, and audio environments. This role requires a detail-oriented and analytical individual who can contribute to campaign delivery while continuously developing programmatic and biddable media expertise. The position involves assisting with campaign performance analysis, suggesting optimization strategies, and supporting reporting on ongoing campaign progress.
The Associate will work closely with programmatic supervisors and cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are executed accurately, optimized effectively, and requires working during U.S. East Coast (Eastern Time) business hours to support the Director of Programmatic Media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Setup & Execution: Supporting setup and execution of programmatic campaigns across multiple platforms and channels. This includes preparing trafficking tags, configuring audiences, setting targeting parameters, and conducting quality assurance checks before and during campaign launches.
- Campaign Monitoring & Optimization: Continuously monitoring campaign performance, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and identifying optimization opportunities. Supporting the implementation of optimization strategies to improve delivery, efficiency, and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Ongoing Campaign Analysis & Insights: Assisting in analyzing campaign data to identify trends, performance drivers, and areas for improvement. Contribute to actionable insights and recommendations that support campaign and client goals.
- Tools and Platforms: Working with programmatic platforms (DSPs) and analytics/reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau) to support campaign execution and performance tracking.
- Campaign Reporting Support: Assisting in the preparation and creation of reports on the ongoing progress and performance of campaigns, providing data, insights, and updates to senior team members and clients. Ensuring accuracy and clarity of data presented to internal stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1–2+ years of experience in programmatic media, digital marketing, or a related field
- Understanding of programmatic buying and digital media channels
- Understanding of metrics and analytical thinking to make data-driven decisions in campaign management
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the programmatic and biddable media space
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, is highly valued
- Prior experience with PulsePoint, Deep Intent, The Trade Desk, DV360 DSP is highly valued
- Familiarity with healthcare data providers (Swoop, Symphony, Crossix, IQVIA, Branch Lab) is highly valued
- While not required, experience with other biddable media (i.e., Paid Search and Paid Social) is highly valued
