- Summarize applications and generate evaluation insights
- Create a centralized funnel tracker (e.g., Airtable / Sheets / lightweight app)
- Develop dashboards to track partner progression and bottlenecks
- Improve speed and quality of partner evaluation workflows
- Map and digitize the current onboarding process (20+ deliverables, 6+ teams)
- Build workflow automation agents to:
- Track onboarding steps and dependencies
- Send reminders, status updates, and next actions
- Generate onboarding summaries for stakeholders
- Design a system of record for onboarding progress and accountability
- Reduce onboarding time through automation and process redesign
- Build AI-assisted tools to:
- Generate QBR summaries and performance insights
- Track partner KPIs (pipeline, revenue, activation)
- Support GTM planning and co-sell tracking
- Create dashboards for partner performance and demand management
- Support prioritization of partner initiatives based on data
- Design and implement lightweight internal tools (no heavy engineering required)
- Connect systems (CRM, spreadsheets, docs) into a unified workflow
- Prototype and deploy AI copilots for internal teams
- Continuously improve systems based on user feedback
