Our platform enhances transparency, trust, and communication between dealers, OEMs, service centers, and their customers. With partnerships across major dealer management systems and ambitious growth goals to double ARR over the next two years, we are expanding our team to support our next phase of innovation, growth and leadership in video technology.

About the Role:
We are seeking a Product Manager (APM or PM) to help support our established and evolving suite of applications, microservices and innovation activities. You will be learning from and backing up key members of our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated early stage product manager or engineer seeking to transition into the product space. You will need to be enthusiastic about finding ways to learn and contribute in a dynamic, growth environment with a broad array of technologies anchored by a strong core business.

What You'll Do:

  • Support PMs and teams across TruVideo’s ecosystem of products and services.
  • Write clear, crisp feature requirements, including feasibility definitions that encompass technical specs, testing criteria, and partner-readiness standards.
  • Own feature modules and integrated services as proven capable.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and adjacencies for insight and to improve our position as the market leader.
  • Navigate effectively across onshore and offshore engineering teams (including teams in South America and India) to support scalable and efficient development.
  • Manage and contribute to R&D products, conduct field trials and ensure they have the right level of business support as they progress to viability.

What You'll Bring:

  • 1-3 years of experience in product or closely related role in software with product studies/certifications/activities as marker of product interests and skills-development.
  • An organized, detail-oriented and impact driven approach.
  • Mobile, video, webapp or cloud technology experience preferred or consumer electronics as viable alternative.
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs surrounding product decisions.
  • Ability to frame problems and outline roadmaps for product and innovation work.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; capable of engaging technical and non-technical audiences alike.
  • Experience working with offshore teams, ideally in South America and/or India.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (engineering, science, math, economics, etc.) or related equivalent experience and technical aptitude.

Why Join TruVideo?

  • Join an innovative and rapidly scaling company with a strong product-market fit and new opportunities on the horizon.
  • Play a pivotal role in building the future of video technology applied to the transportation industry and beyond.
  • Gain significant growth opportunities in a successful and scaling business.
  • Work with a passionate, collaborative, and innovative team.

Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
