The Product Manager role on our Patient Access team is a unique opportunity to help define the future of Imprivata's biometric patient identification strategy. This role will partner across engineering, product management, and business contributors to ensure delivery of a robust, scalable platform. This role will ensure the patient access platform aids in growing a solution for our healthcare partners.

This position offers a total compensation range of $101,000.00 to $111,000.00 (inclusive of base salary and variable compensation, such as bonuses and incentives). Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.

Job Summary
The Product Manager role on our Patient Access team is a unique opportunity to help define the future of Imprivata's biometric patient identification strategy. Duties and Responsibilities
- Support senior product managers and engineering teams in defining and delivering patient access features that enhance the customer and patient experience.
- Assist in maintaining the patient access product roadmap by helping prioritize initiatives that align with business goals and user needs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams-including Engineering, IT, Customer Support, and Business Intelligence-to gather and communicate requirements and feedback.
- Work with operations and engineering partners to help implement solutions that support efficient service deployment, automation, and system monitoring.
- Review product usage data and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and help validate product recommendations.
- Draft and refine user stories, product requirements, and acceptance criteria to support the development process.
- Participate in cross-product line meetings to align on shared goals and ensure a seamless user experience across the platform.
- Help track project progress, highlight potential blockers, and support coordination efforts across dependent teams.
- Other duties as assigned and required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 1-3 years' experience in product management, focused on SaaS delivery models and patient experience.
- Proven experience in developing and managing products, with a solid focus on scalability, reliability, and security.
- Knowledge of SaaS operations, including deployment, observability, automation, and incident management.
- Proven problem-solving and data-analytic skills with the ability to make data-driven conclusions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical contributors.
- Demonstrated track record of taking ownership and driving results on technical projects.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working within regulated industries such as healthcare or financial services.
- Familiarity with SAML and/or OIDC-based authentication, identity verification, and identity stores.
- Experience with agile product development methodologies.
