- Working as part of the People Business Partner team, support activities across the employee life cycle, including onboarding, employee relations, engagement and talent management.
- Involved in the delivery of the People strategy including HR programs and stretch projects.
- Preparation of monthly reporting and analytics.
- Partner with HR Centres of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Internal Mobility, Employee Relations), HR Delivery to ensure processes and initiatives are successfully implemented and effectively developed.

- Hold a Bachelor degree (all majors welcome to apply)
- Display a high degree of initiative & agility
