About the Team:

About the Role:
- Coordinate and process exit interviews, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking of trends.
- Review and administer Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and written warnings for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
- Serve as a first point of contact for front-line employee and manager questions, escalating issues as needed to senior PBPs.
- Support administrative processes related to employee relations, investigations, and HR policy enforcement.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of employee relations cases, performance actions, and other personnel records.
- Assist PBPs with HR program execution, including engagement initiatives, compliance activities, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- 1–2 years of professional experience in HR, employee relations, or an administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
