About the Team: 

The People team is a core enabler of the business, with a true seat at the table and broad visibility across the company. From compensation and benefits to performance and onboarding, the team takes a comprehensive approach to supporting employees and leaders alike. About the Role:

  • Coordinate and process exit interviews, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking of trends.
  • Review and administer Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and written warnings for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for front-line employee and manager questions, escalating issues as needed to senior PBPs.
  • Support administrative processes related to employee relations, investigations, and HR policy enforcement.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of employee relations cases, performance actions, and other personnel records.
  • Assist PBPs with HR program execution, including engagement initiatives, compliance activities, and onboarding/offboarding processes.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • 1–2 years of professional experience in HR, employee relations, or an administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Hiring Range:
$93,000$108,000 USD
