Job Description
Boeing is seeking an Associate/Mid-Level Supplier Quality Planner to work in Boeing Global Services located in Mesa, AZ. This Quality Specialist will support the Mesa site sustainment programs. Quality Planners support all phases of the development life-cycle for hardware including the supply base from inception to post-delivery.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Review contractual requirements and supplier's statement of work
  • Integrate contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements into all aspects of proposals and program processes and documentation.
  • Review supplier purchase contracts for completeness and accuracy
  • Manage site quality-clauses / quality contractual requirements for suppliers
  • Engage in Early Quality Improvement efforts with suppliers
  • Develop quality metrics and quality plans to ensure compliance with contractual, Company and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform supplier performance improvement efforts

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years of experience solving technical problems
  • 1+ years of purchasing experience do you have (e.g. issuing Requests for Proposal, evaluating bids, placing Purchase Orders, paying invoices)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Previous work experience in aerospace, manufacturing, quality, or another highly regulated industry
  • Quality Planning / Quality Requirements / Q-Clause experience
  • Previous experience in Quality
  • Previous experience with contractual reviews and planning

Summary pay range: $78,000 - $125,000/Annually
