About Us
The Media Ops team is a small but mighty team of 2, looking to add a third member. We oversee offshore teammates and we collaborate closely with the larger BCL Operations team (25+ people onshore/25+ people offshore).
We love data and charts and making things easier for our coworkers. We come up with ideas, test them, then bring them to life and help everyone else stick to the plan. We answer questions and onboard new agency teammates. We make sure everyone knows what to do, how to do it, and when to do it so that the machine keeps running.
KEY REPONSIBILTIES
- From a day-to-day perspective, you will be attending meetings, actively listening, and thinking of ways to make work tasks easier for the teams we support.
- You will own the administration of our Hive project management system and work with our representative to stay informed of new features that may benefit our workflows.
- You will run reports, review data, and look for errors.
- You will mediate requested changes to legal terms between vendors, internal investment teams, internal legal teams, and external client legal teams.
- You will learn about the steps that allow a commercial to go from research to a plan to a commercial on your TV/phone/computer during the Super Bowl and then how we measure the success of that ad to inform decisions across various agency functions to make sure we do it all again tomorrow.
- You will learn about the beauty industry and be part of one of the largest, most prestigious global brands in the category!
