What You’ll Do
As an Associate Media Director specializing in Video Investment, you’ll play a critical role in leading the development and execution of strategic video media plans for key clients. You’ll stay ahead of trends in the video landscape, collaborate across teams to drive successful campaign execution, and contribute to building agency-wide video expertise. This individual will be looked upon to create, nurture and champion key media partner relationships, with connections to our clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day to day activities of video media planning and buying across linear TV, streaming, addressable TV, and emerging video platforms, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Stay current with industry trends and new video formats, maintaining relationships with media vendors and partners.
- Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to optimize video strategies and deliver actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with internal trade desk and Search teams to ensure smooth execution and integration of video campaigns across channels.
- Manage the development and documentation of operational processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy in media investment.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and encouraging professional growth within the video media landscape.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, presenting video strategies and results clearly and confidently.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in video media planning and buying, preferably within an agency or media company environment.
- Expertise: Advanced understanding of the video ecosystem, including traditional and digital video platforms, with enthusiasm for learning and adapting to industry changes.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable working in collaborative team environments and client-facing roles.
- Leadership Potential: Demonstrated ability to coach and support junior team members, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Flexibility: Ability to manage shifting priorities and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range for this position is listed below. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to budget, relevant experience, qualifications, and tenure in similar roles. Consideration may also be given to internal salary data for current or former employees in the same or similar positions.
Salary Range: $100,000-120,000 annually
