About the role: 
Join our fast-growing beauty brand and become a fundamental member of our expanding growth team. We are looking for a savvy, passionate Associate Manager, Paid Search who is excited about data-driven growth, sustainability, and beauty! This person will own the day-to-day execution, optimization, and reporting of our paid search programs to maximize profitable revenue at or above target ROAS thresholds. You will focus on disciplined testing, smart automation, and granular optimization to ensure every dollar of spend drives incremental, measurable value. Our mission is to create effective, results-driven skincare that is safe for the planet and humankind.


Requirements
  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google (Search, Shopping, Demand Gen, PMAX, YouTube) and Bing. 
  • Build and execute Google/Bing campaigns including keyword research, campaign structuring, audience targeting, A/B testing, reporting, and ongoing optimization
  • Lead testing methodologies for search and shopping campaigns, including bidding strategies, audience segmentation, ad copy, and landing page experiments
  • Drive results to achieve key performance KPIs, including return on ad spend (ROAS), while continuously optimizing campaigns
  • Oversee Google ads budget allocation and forecasting to ensure efficient use of resources and alignment with overall business goals
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams such as Creative, Ecomm, Influencer, and Paid Social to drive best practices, identify testing opportunities and develop roadmaps
  • Partner with strategic cross-functional teams to support GTM plans for upcoming product launches
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in search marketing to ensure our strategies remain competitive and effective
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of search marketing experience with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns and driving measurable results
  • Proficiency in Google and Bing ads platform 
  • Proven expertise with Google/Bing Merchant Center
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (oral, written, non-verbal, intuitive, psychic et al)
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and draw actionable insights
  • Creative problem-solver with a proactive and results-driven mindset
  • Organized with exceptional time management skills
  • Must be willing to fall in love with our products, meditate with our team and have fun while we work!
Compensation

Base salary range: $80,000-$100,000  (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include work experience and skill level).
