As an Associate Manager in Experience Strategy, you will play a critical role in the delivery of innovative, insight-led solutions that elevate how life sciences companies engage healthcare professionals, patients, and payers. You’ll support the design, coordination, and implementation of omnichannel experience frameworks and help ensure our clients’ strategies are data-informed, measurable, and impactful.
In this role, you’ll work closely with Associate Partners and cross-functional teams to manage project delivery, document requirements, visualize experience journeys, and bring strategic ideas to life for our clients.
We'll Trust you to:
- Support the design and implementation of data-driven experience strategies and frameworks for client brands and engagements.
- Facilitate and document strategic planning and requirement sessions with clients and internal partners.
- Translate insights into clear deliverables such as journey maps, stakeholder models, and experience flows.
- Manage day-to-day project execution and coordination to ensure timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
- Partner with analytics and data teams to define measurable success criteria and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams (analytics, data science, and creative) to ensure alignment from concept to delivery.
- Develop presentations, frameworks, and storytelling materials that articulate the value of experience and strategic impact.
- Support knowledge sharing and contribute to the continued evolution of Beghou’s Experience Strategy capabilities.
What you Bring:
- At least 6 years of experience in marketing strategy, customer engagement, or experience design—ideally within life sciences or consulting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and storytelling skills; able to turn complex ideas into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated success in supporting large-scale projects or transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with omnichannel marketing, digital and personal engagement ecosystems, and customer data concepts.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills for both client and internal audiences.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in cross-functional environments.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
