Associate Key Account Managers (KAM) play a critical support role in managing strategic customer relationships within a defined territory. Working closely with a Senior Key Account Manager, you’ll help drive customer engagement, coordinate account activities, and contribute to revenue growth under a shared quota model. Even though you’ll be selling into our installed client base, you’ll work alongside our Senior KAMs to support our customer renewals and contracts as well as find and close expansion opportunities. You will partner with a cross-section of internal stakeholders to drive the resolution of client issues. You’ll also be a key member of the team working to migrate our current enterprise clients to our newest hardware and solutions. You’ll Get To:
Assist the Key Account Manager in the execution of strategic account plans and customer engagement strategies.
In coordination with the KAM, identify expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities aligned with customer goals and product roadmap.
Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and documentation across key accounts.
Maintain Salesforce hygiene and ensure accurate tracking of account activities.
Partnering with the lead KAM in territory to drive and close expansion, upgrade, and renewal opportunities in our current enterprise client base to achieve a combined quota.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with customer goals and product roadmap.
Build rapport with mid-level stakeholders and support relationship development.
Respond to customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues in collaboration with internal teams.
Partner closely with Customer Success, Technical Support, Marketing, Product, Billing and Order Management to solve client problems
Support the lead KAM in the selling process into increasing complex deals with client buying cycles >6 months and multiple decision makers
Track account health, usage metrics, and ROI to ensure value delivery.
Help the lead KAM prepare and present quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and strategic updates.

What You’ll Need:
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience within a sales environment
You have the Sales DNA required to outperform quotas and close deals that set the deployment team up for success
You are outstanding at building relationships with clients and colleagues
You have a strong drive to succeed and a “can-do” attitude
You can think logically, communicate clearly, and are well organized
You are a continuous learner and love sharing best practices and optimizing existing processes
You are self-reliant with ability to provide recommendations to leadership
You like to partner with the Sales team, Client Services and other cross-functional stakeholders to solve complex problems
You are comfortable with ambiguity and can continuously evolve with a fast-growing company
Experience organizing and managing multiple account assignments in a high-volume environment
Previous experience successfully solving problems requiring cross-functional collaboration
Experience in telematics industry or related SaaS solutions including applications in commercial transportation is a plus
Ability to travel (up to 50%)
Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:
