We are looking for someone who’d like an opportunity to join the Tech industry, in an entry level IT role.

If you know generally how to operate an Apple computer, and enjoy problem solving… you have what we need, to begin with.

We may be a small team, but have a huge impact, and you’d be joining a fast growing SaaS company, with offices we support in the Netherlands, UK, Spain, Australia, and the USA, combined with many remote employees around the World!

Join the Team in our centrally located Boston office, in the historic Seaport District, where you’d be providing on-site hardware, infrastructure, application, and network support to our many local, and frequent visiting colleagues.

By joining us, you’d be a true key player, decision maker, idea generator, within a diverse, tight, fun, and productive IT Team, that is highly motivated, and client centric. We think out of the box to solve complex issues daily, and are looking for a Team Player to help us execute, and formulate critical IT related projects, while also providing on the spot, global IT support to our more than 500 employees.

The Mission:

• Help us to implement our IT projects, as mentioned above

• Maintaining an Always Connected standard, for our colleagues and offices, with internet, laptops, meeting hardware/software, AV systems, and peripherals

• Help us in our future ambitions of network authentication, onboarding automation, (further) monitoring, etc

• Help organize the purchase of hardware and software

• Continuously evaluate user needs and system functionality

• Simplify identity and access management infrastructure

• Take part in the asset management lifecycle (provision, maintain, etc)

What We Need:

• Onsite commitment to our Boston office (4 days mandatory, with a potential 5th when necessary)

• A minimum one year commitment as an Associate IT Engineer

• A collaborative, “let’s do this!” mentality. Technical skills are easy to find but at Bynder, it’s all about the people

• Basic knowledge of the Apple ecosystem. Windows and/or Linux are nice to have

• That you can actively contribute to our organizational policies regarding quality standards and strategic planning

Salary: We are able to offer $68K-$73K Base depending on experience
