Associate, Growth Enablement & Operations

 

Associate, Growth Enablement & Operations will be directly responsibility for the execution of timely RFI/RFP processes to support the enablement of growth and operations. The Associate is responsible in managing the end to end RFI/RFP initiation and completion, including setting up communication channels and managing, Salesforce entries, and ongoing tracking deliverables. Additionally, it covers content and resource management responsibilities, from maintaining an asset library to scheduling meetings and managing responses on client systems like Ariba and Workday.

This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices—including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, or San Francisco—or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs.

What you’ll do: 

  • Growth Enablement and Operations: exercise judgement to ensure all aspects of the growth enablement process and deliverables are prepared and content is delivery is timely and accurate in support of the growth and sales initiatives.
  • RFI/RFP Initiation: Open job codes, establish Teams channels, manage Salesforce data entry; develop workback plans for Associate Director and Director-level review.
  • RFI/RFP Management: Internal meeting notes and summaries, end of day action items communications, follow-up with internal stakeholders on RFI/RFP deliverables.
  • Content Management: Upload documents (e.g., biographies, case studies, frequently used slides) to asset library, collecting existing PPT assets and RFI answers.
  • Resource Management: Schedule RFI/RFP-related meetings, timesheet approvals, schedule PPT designers.
  • Responsible for upload of client system (e.g., Ariba, Workday, etc.) responses

What you should have:  

Requires at least entry level to 1 year of related experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience

 

Pay Range: $58,000 - $63,000
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.  Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
