Role & Impact
You will play a pivotal part in driving transformation initiatives across the Global Product Solutions (GPS) organization. Working closely with the GPS Transformation Lead, this role will support the design and execution of scalable operating models, strengthen engagement with technology partners, ensure governance and oversight of data published to our public facing websites through the US Data Publication and Oversight Platform (DPOP) Committee, and help embed change across GPS.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex, cross-functional environments and enjoys translating strategy into execution. You will contribute directly to initiatives that improve commercial outcomes, deliver critical product analytics, enhance governance, and streamline operations to enable GPS to deliver the right products and solutions to clients globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Technology & Data Enablement
- Partner with GPS teams, Aladdin Engineering, Tech & Ops, Marketing, L&C and other stakeholders to capture business requirements and support delivery of product analytics development and technology builds & enhancements.
- Project manage technology initiatives across product, reporting, automation, AI, technology pilots, and more.
- Support the Aladdin engagement model for the annual roadmap planning process and regular touchpoints between GPS and Aladdin leadership.
- Coordinate and manage project plans, milestones, and stakeholder communications to ensure timely delivery of transformation initiatives.
- Track and measure business impact of initiatives to demonstrate value (e.g., efficiency gains, commercial outcomes, client adoption).
- Scaled Governance & Oversight
- Support the design, documentation and implementation of scalable processes and operating models across GPS, including web data governance in the US (DPOP), ensuring public websites comply with key regulatory requirements
- Drive strategic problem solving for web data initiatives, aligning the strategic vision for the public websites with GPS priorities and mitigating regulatory and reputational risk on the web
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Support GPS owned prioritization and scoping forums by preparing materials, capturing actions, and following up with stakeholders
- Build strong working relationships across GPS and partner teams to drive alignment and outcomes.
- Communications & Adoption
- Contribute to rollout efforts and drive adoption of new platforms, tools, and frameworks for GPS. Examples from this year include GPS Hub, Microsoft Dynamics, ChatGPT.
- Develop clear communications and training content to enable effective change and technology adoption across GPS and partner teams.
- Own the GPS Quarterly Tech & Transformation newsletter spotlighting technology topics directly impacting and benefitting GPS.
Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in financial services, consulting, change management, or project management.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex issues, analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to tailor messaging to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a matrixed environment with stakeholders with competing priorities
- Experience in working with data and technology platforms (e.g., Aladdin, Seismic, Dynamics) is advantageous but not required.
- Self-starter with intellectual curiosity, resilience, and a collaborative mindset.

- Transformation projects are delivered on time and with measurable impact (e.g., efficiency savings, improved product analytics, greater adoption of tools).
- Be a trusted partner who brings clarity, structure, and follow-through to complex initiatives to GPS and partner team stakeholders.
- Demonstrate growth in managing cross-functional projects and begins to own discrete workstreams with increasing independence.
