Job Title: Associate, Merchandising Footwear
Primary Purpose: The Associate will be a key team member of the Sneakers & Men's Footwear Merchandising team, supporting the continued growth of Coach's footwear business.
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Merchandising to...
  • Running Weekly Sales Analysis and Report to the Team
    • Run existing sales reports on a weekly basis and distribute to the team
    • Build ad hoc sales analysis that will help the team understand business trends
    • Use reports to analyze business trends/identify future opportunities and share findings with the team
  • Owning Edits, Presentation, and Market Prep
    • Own all aspects of Footwear edit/presentation prep including samples, reporting, line sheet creation, and system set up
    • Compile all relevant footwear information to ensure alignment to larger corporate strategies. Create decks and boards to be used by Coach both internally and at Wholesale market.
    • Communicate all post presentation assortment updates and ensure systems are updated accordingly, distributing updates to necessary cross-functional teams.
  • Market Research
    • Research competition (stores, runways, web) to better understand the larger Sneakers & Men's Footwear market.
    • Use findings to contribute to creation of Footwear line plan and trend reports.
  • Organization and Team
    • Create individual development plan consistent with team goals.
    • Establish and manage relationships with key business unit partners.
    • Create partnerships with internal cross-functional business units including merchandising peers, design teams, product development, public relations, global merchandise planning, marketing, and creative groups.

BASE PAY RANGE $75,000.00 TO $85,000.00
